Since autumn 2002, the Olympic Solidarity – IOC through its Olympic Scholarship Program for coaches allocates scholarships enabling the trainees to follow all the activities offered to them by the PAISAC program. At the beginning of 2003 the Canadian PAISAC project has been included in the Olympic Solidarity network of international training centres for elite coaches.
The Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) representing the Olympic Solidarity and the IOC within Canada, which together with the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) have introduced PAISAC to the IOC.
(International Sports Direction) funded partially PAISAC from 2003 to 2011.

The ANOCA as central organisation for African NOC, supports PAISAC through the African National Committees who sends coaches to attend its program in Montreal and during Seminar on the African Soil.
Since its start PAISAC offers to its coaches the content of the coaching association of Canada’s training program called NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program).

In collaboration with the Federal Office of Sport (OFSPO), Swiss Olympic has developed the Swiss Coaching Education Program. This program is offered to the scholarship holders participating in the Lausanne program.

The University of Lausanne and its Institute of Sport Sciences (ISSUL) offer our scholarship holders access to several academic courses in applied sport sciences.

The CSEL hosts the scholarship coaches in its  center and provides support to PAISAC in the logistics of the of the training program.
