TRAINERS OF TRAINERS

Every coach who has followed our classical training program has the opportunity to return to Montreal to follow the advanced training completed by the training of trainers of trainers. The selection for this second attending in the program is made by the PAISAC center which is based on three major criteria: – Successful completion of all mandatory courses at the Classic Level (NCCP Level 1-3) – Leadership demonstrated by the coach during the classic training and once back in his country. – Application of the content received during the classical training by the coach once back in his country. In order to be recognized as a PAISAC CERTIFIED Trainer of Trainers, the coach will need to have successfully completed the advanced training and then given a seminar in his / her country supervised by one of the Canadian expert or a PAISAC certified trainer. According to the studies and the level of experience of the coaches, the certification can be completed in Montreal at the end of the advanced training.
